We know that you will love your new multi media device ! Especially with the help from our EXCLUSIVE Support Group on Facebook, MMsupport. The group can be found by anyone on Facebook, but you will need your Invoice # or Order # to join. These will be used as your password. Invoice numbers are provided when the invoice is sent. Order numbers are provided in the Shipping Email Confirmation. You will also need to agree to our Group Rules.

NOTE: if you gift/share a box(es) to someone else, please share the Invoice # or Order # with them. Please let them know that they need to provide your name as the person they received the box from as well as agree to our Group Rules. This way we can approve them into the group with no issues.

If you are not satisfied with your box for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of the invoice purchase date or the day your order was received via shipping to obtain a Return Authorization. Then return the box to the address shown below along with a copy of your invoice, your Return Authorization and your contact information.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.

All returns MUST be in original packaging WITH all components (remote, power cord, antennas, etc.), otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
